God is so good in the Morning and the Evening!

His mercies are new everyday and we can rest in the peace and the hope of his presence!

Great is our God and greatly to be praise! The earth and everything in it sings out to Him, giving him the glory due His Name!

Let all that is within us strive towards Him that we may live in the Light and not be overcome by the darkness!

Easter Sunday!

Isn’t everyday worthy of the Celebration that takes place on Easter Sunday? Every day we can rejoice in the Lord and thank him for his grace and mercy. Every day we can sing about the Cross and remember that Christ made it possible for a sinful, broken people to find love and restoration and new life. Every day we can take heart that our faith is not in vain, because Jesus did not only die to defeat sin, but he Rose Again full of life!

Yet Easter is a day we look forward to each year. It is a time that we can focus our attention on the Cross and spend extended amounts of time thanking and worshipping Jesus for what he did for us on the Cross. It is a day that is most worthy to be celebrated, and a time when we can find new strength and motivation to share the gospel with those we love. It is a reminder that our troubles are small and insignificant compared to the Power of the Cross.

So be cheered, you who are stressed and worried and upset from the brokenness of this world. Rejoice, because there is new life to be lived! Follow Jesus Christ and trust in him to save you from an eternity of bondage to sin. Accept his salvation and be freed from this fallen world!

New life is ahead of you, you just have to say yes.

there is so much good in this world, even amongst all the bad. the beauty of the world around us is just a glimpse of what it will be like to live in a perfect world, which is yet to come. it is just a taste of the goodness that is God, a peek of how to live and how to love. God offers live to the fullest. He is wholly good, and completely above all. Let go of the things of this world. They are broken, incomplete, and full of lies. They do not add to life, but rather take away from it. Embrace the truth of the gospel, and be set free from the chains of this fallen world. Run to God for dear life, he will be there to hold on, unlike the nonexistent arms of this ever-failing world.

Lord, Have your Way in me…

For I see the ways of the world, and they are broken. I hear the cries of the lost, and I grieve. I try on my own, and I fail. I see the work of evil, and lies people believe. Your Way shines bright, and it’s Your Way that I will strive to follow. You make things beautiful and good, and You let us see glimpses of True Goodness, and You invite us to take part in it.
